I think there might be couple of things on the way that may require to make it more clear and doing it over forum might take time and it is more easier to make mistake than opening support ticket with your support. I would strongly advise you to have ticket and have your support do it for you over webex and you can observe the steps.

Hum, i prefer search for this time.
I think when I am really stuck, I will ask for help from EMC
it's work
mminfo -avot -c notes_01 -t time_of_restore
I have a list of tape + capacity GB + time

I have change status recycled to browsable for my saveset index:notes_01
I explore my tape and i can see :
client server_network2k3 >>> Saveset index:notes_01 browsable
server_network2k3 = my server networker
How i can restore my index ?
nsrck -L7 -t date client >> doesn't work
I have this message : File index error : impossible to find backup index Notes_01 for on server_network2k3
An idea ?

Get the index backup information using mminfo and then get the nsavetime for that backups.
eg : mminfo -avot -q name=index:Notes_01,level=full -t date_required
get he ssid info from the above command and then get the nsavetime for that saveset
mminfo -avot -q ssid=ssid_of_index -r nsavtime
Then apply that nsavetime to the nsck
nsrck -L7 -t nsavetime_from_above Notes_01
now check the status of the notes backup.

Are the clients that you are trying to restore off still configured as a client in NetWorker. If yes, then please check if the index savesets are in a recoverable mode. If not then you will have to make them recoverable using the following steps :
1. Find the clone id of the saveset.
mminfo -avot -q ssid=ssid_of_index -r cloneid
2. change the state of the saveset from recyclable to recoverable
nsrmm -o notrecyclable -S ssid/cloneid
3. now check the state of the ssid, it should be cr
mminfo -avot -q ssid=ssid_of_index

eg : mminfo -avot -q name=index:Notes_01,level=full -t date_required
get he ssid info from the above command and then get the nsavetime for that saveset
mminfo -avot -q ssid=ssid_of_index -r nsavetime = OK
nsrck -L7 -t nsavetime_from_above Notes_01 = KO
Ko because , i have a scrolling with many client

error : 9348:nsrck : failure of the index restoration client_1
39078:nrsck: File index error : impossible to find backup index client_1 for on server_network2k3
error : 9348:nsrck : failure of the index restoration client_2
39078:nrsck: File index error : impossible to find backup index client_2 for on server_network2k3

"Doing a saveset restore of the index backups is of no use."
Ok, I thought and I saw that it builds a tree in widnows
"1. Find the clone id of the saveset.
mminfo -avot -q ssid=ssid_of_index -r cloneid
2. change the state of the saveset from recyclable to recoverable
nsrmm -o notrecyclable -S ssid/cloneid

mminfo -avot -q ssid=ssid_of_index"
