Storage Node & Client upgradation
Backup server is AIX with netwoker 7.6 version and client is 8.1 and storage node is 8.1 and client os is AIX 6.1. Few servers this combination is working fine and for few AIX servers, getting the following error "Restart the Nsr" service in daemon log. checked the server entry and basic communication issues and cross checked with version compatibility guide.

Server NW7 with storage node NW8 is kind of supported under ideal conditions, but this is very thin theory - you should really keep it on the same level when it comes to so big differences as between NW7 and NW8.

Backup server on 7.6 and Storage node on 8.1 will not work !! The server and storage node should always be on the same version. either downgrade the storage node to match the server version else upgrade your backup server to 8.1 (I would strongly suggest the later one.)

This is not a recommended configuration. Its always recommended by EMC to keep the client and storage node version equal or lower than the NetWorker server version.
Also NetWorker 8.x comes with its own storage node management deamon (nsrsnmd). This might be causing the issue here, since 7.6 is not aware of this new daemon.
