Unable to create indexes for VMWare consolidated backups.

Hi,

We have 12 VM Clients that NetWorker is unable to create indexes for VMWare consolidated backups. Backups are not browseable due the below 4 different scenarios:

(1) There are 6 Clients failed with:

Could not obtain the drive letter for one of the drives.

(2) There is 1 Clients failed with:

nsrvcb_save: Error: Failed to hot-add SCSI targets: This operation is not supported.

(3) There are 4 Clients failed with:

Unable to get the system registry file. So exiting ...

(4) There is 1 Client failed with:

nsrvcb_save: Error: Cannot complete the operation because the file or folder [EMC-Storage2] apps-eops/apps-eops.vmx already exists

All others 50+ VM Clients are succeeds and contains the following positive message:

E:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\\bin\save.exe -s NETWORKER_SERVER -c VM_Client -g GROUP -LL -m VM_Client -o vss:*=off -l full -q -W 78 -N VM:VM_CLITNT:*IMAGE* -i -x F:\vcbmnt\MV_Client\VM_Client\__VCB_MOUNT__\letters

i.e. the save.exe command ends with the syntax of: \__VCB_MOUNT__\letters
