Updade DD OS before or after updade Networker to 8.1
Hello everybody,
All is in the title.
I will update Networker in 8.1 shortly.
The procedure for the migration seems to be like the other.
In first SN, in second NMC after that, the NWS, and finally the clients.
I have 2 DD860 and 2 DD670. And will update in 5.4 shortly also.
I should do the update of all DD in first or in last ?

Version of NW comes into play only if using DD Boost. Updating DD before would be better start.

Actually Networker 8.x upgrades are different than in Networker 7.X and down. The NMC should be upgraded first, followed by Storage Nodes and then the Networker Server should be last.
If you have DD 5.x it doesn't matter. If you have 4.x do the DD multi-step upgrade first and then update Networker.
