Waiting for a job start
I am trying to backup a server but the job is just showing waiting to run in the NMC. Looking at the SG logs on the NetWorker server, I keep seeing these errors. Has anyone seen an error like this and can point me in the right direction?

This looks strange and does not make sense for NW.
However, if you search the internet for the strings "nftrec" & "AT_STANDARD_INFORMATION" you will always end up with NTFS specific issues. That points to a filesystem issue.
