Hi,
You should really be upgrading your software version. NetWorker 7.1.3 is from a long time ago. You can find a checklist for this problem in this article which may help:

It's a classic... you thought putting restrictions into pool is cool and it's not. So you instructed backup set X to write on pool P on storage node SN for client C. What you forgot was that after backup, by defult, index is saved and then same pool P had to be availabe on backup server - but it is not. Either make sure same pool is reachable from server, or place no index save (make sure you understand what it does) or create index&bootstrap pool which will capture those no matter what group is running.

thanks very much for yours help.
i checked out for your link, and found this:
Cause
The NetWorker server's client file index and bootstrap save sets can only be saved to a volume mounted locally on the NetWorker server (by design). That is,
the NetWorker server's client file index and bootstrap save sets cannot be saved to remote devices (rd=).
Resolution
Create a new pool named index with the "Selection Criteria" of "Save sets: index: ; bootstrap".Label a volume to the new index pool.
but it dosen't work
,now i deleted jukebox and reconfigure using jbconfig
it works with no erros like "no matching device....."
i dont't know why ...

Not sure what doesn't work. In selection criteria, select all groups and for saveset place following:
index:
bootstrap
(":" should be placed only for index). Label tape for it and that's it.
