The article opens for me, but it does ask for me to log into Powerlink to fetch it. Does the same happen for you or do you just get nothing? Let me check on it though...
It should ask PL login, that part is ok. Dub posted 2 links for the past few days here and none of them works for me as I get:
"The web page at null might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
