5424 - VLAN setup via web Interface

Hi All

I am having a challenge with the steps to setup a vlan on the 5424 via the web interface. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I have a general knowledge of networking and the needs. My issue is setting up the 5424 to behave in the manner that I need.

Here is what I want to accomplish.

Ports 1-12 22-24 vlan1 - default vlan with switch
Ports 13 - 21 vlan2

For vlan 2 I just want to isolate the traffic so that only the packets that come in through these ports travel through these ports. The vlan2 is for iscsi traffic. I do not want to have the packets tagged.

I know I need to configure the ports first then the VLAN table. 
My First attempt was to have the ports set to General with PVID 2 for the second VLAN. However when I did that I did not get any traffic through network cards between my server and iscsi storage.
