No, Cisco uses a different type of POE for it, manyu other Cisco AP's work though. You can use a Injector or make your own custom patch cable. We have about 20 of these and works well. We also have about 70 Cisco POE Injectors and have had several power supply issues.
This issue is more with Cisco than with Dell as Dell is standard, Cisco is not.

so there is no way to supply my Cisco Aironet 1200 via network cable with power on Dell power connect 3524p

Yes you can, but you need to make custom patch cables, the link above has steps on how to do it.
