LACP with two Mellanox ConnectX-4 NICS

Jump to solution

Hi,

Is it possible to configure a PER640 server with two Mellanox ConnectX-4 NICs:

https://www.dell.com/en-uk/work/shop/mellanox-connectx-4-lx-dual-port-25gbe-sfp28-network-adapter-cu...

and use LACP to aggregate four 25GbE ports into 100GbE?

Or, is there any validated NIC configuration on a PER640 where you can aggregate 25GbE ports into 100GbE?

Many thanks.

Hi,

You can have two of the cards in the system and should be able to do LACP across all of them depending on the OS. It is not the same as having a native 100G connection though.
