N1524P switch stuck in u boot

hello i recently procured a N1524P network switch as part of the set up process i formatted the memeory after it asked me are you sure i said yes and it rebooted. then it tell me no Kernel found ! and then goes directly to a U-boot. i need to load a os on to it and i have the file but i cannot get it to reconize the usb device or a port to try tftp.
