Need 6224 Setup Help

I need some help setting up two 6224s for a vSphere ESXi SAN & Managment/LAN Network.  I have tried setting up the VLANs and LAGs but can't seem to get things talking to each other.

I have:

• 2x PowerConnect 6224s setup for Stacking (on latest firmware 3.3.1.10)
• 3x PowerEdge R710s - ESXi Servers
• 1x PowerEdge R310 - Management Server
• 1x Router

The 6224s are setup with an identical network cable configuration:

• Ports 1-12 on each Switch are for SAN with 2-4 connections to each device
• Ports 13-24 on each Switch are for the LAN / Management Network

So I need to setup a VLAN for ports 1-12 and another for 13-24.  Then I need to team certain ports (NICs 1&2 on each ESXi Server are teamed, need to match port 1 on each Switch etc.)

What do I need to do here?
