Port LAG/Trunk Dell 6224 and ESXi 4,1 (Dell R710 Server)
Is there any easy way or way to create a port LAG/Truck to use dual gigabit lines to get twice the bandwidth/performance going to the ESXi 4.1 server and show as a single LINK.

I think what you are wanting is called NIC teaming. Below is a link for the instructions.
