Hi, OS10 downloads are available on the Dell Digital Locker. Recent versions of OS9 can be downloaded on the respective product page for the switch but OS9 is not available for S5148F-ON on support website. Please check the below articles

Honestly, I don't know much about Dell open networking OSs. Anyone in the community contributes is welcome.
