Rate limiting on a PowerConnect 5424 for SAN replication

We have a PowerConnect 5424 that we are using as our SAN switch.  We are getting ready to deploy the SAN out to our DR site, but would like to put the replication process to a "true" test before going out there.  We have a 5 Mbps connection between the two sites (MPLS).

Is there a way to throttle the bandwidth on a specific port on our existing SAN switch, to, say 5Mbps.  This would allow us to see (approx) what our replication times would be.

In the GUI, under Quality of Service->CoS Global Parameters->Bandwidth Settings, I do see the following options, but don't really understand what they mean:

Egress Shaping Rate on Selected Port
  Committed Information Rate (CIR)
  Committed Burst Size (CBS)
Ingress Rate Limit Status
  Ingress Rate Limit

If it is not too much trouble, a configuration example would be great.
