Some ports on N4032F stopped working

Out of the blue, after a shutdown, 4 ports from this switch stopped working. I can use the same cable in any other port and it will work, but i don't get any link on those 4 ports. Oddly enough does display when the transciever is connected and disconnected, but no link.

Already tried shutdown/no shutdown to no availe

Is there a way to make sure the port is actually dead? Or could i be missing something that might fix it?

Thanks!

There is a built diagnostic that you can run by issuing the following command.

console#show fiber-ports optical-transceiver

Another test you can perform is the loopback test. This test is simply plugging the switch into itself. When doing so you should see link lights come on the interface.

Is there anything recorded in the logs regarding these interfaces?
console# show logging

Logging does show optics being connected and disconnected on the port.

Unfortunately no link with the loopback test. Oddly enough it's the first 4 ports that stopped working. Everything else looks fine. Think it's anything that could be easily fixed?

Can you post up the running config? I can help make sure there is nothing in the config causing this.
