help configure dell force10 4810p as one big vlan

i have basic knowledge of networking

this router should act as switch with one big vlan
all 48 of 10gb and 4 of 40gb will be shared in 1 big vlan

how i can configure it?

currently when i connect the sfp+ cable the switch does not detect it, i don't know what i did wrong,
all i did is reset the switch to default settings and configured remove telnet access
