snmp-server agent boot count x
This weekend my Powerconnect 7048 config changed and I received an alert. The line
snmp-server agent boot count 6 changed to snmp-server agent boot count 7. I see that AGENT isn't even an option from (config)# snmp-server command. I see this line all over in the forums when folks post their running-config, but I've never found an explanation of what it's telling me. Anybody know?

Hi,
The agent is the SNMP server process that responds to SNMP requests. From what I can tell the boot count is the number of times the service has restarted.
