x1052p and vmware VLAN (VST Mode) - 1 Port, 2x VLAN

Hello Community,

I try to setup a esxi 6.0 with 2 VLANS (1-2) on one port of a x1052p and don't get it to work.

This is my setting in the esxi vswitch

They are conected to port 27 - I had to set it up as general. As soon as i switch to trunk - no traffic is passed further on the switch to my other vlan ports (access mode).

VLAN ID 2 is working but the machine on VLAN ID 1 is not seeing something.

Here is something maybe to help you:

kb.vmware.com/.../search.do

Please guide me to light!

On the switch side:- Ensure the port is set to Trunk mode.
- Add all the VLANs and ensure they are set to T for tagged.
- Ensure no Native VLAN is being used.

On the server side, I would go back through the steps outlined here: http://bit.ly/2bpAwuZ
This will help ensure that the vSwitch is configured correctly to tag those VLANs.
