56K V.92 Modem/Fax for XPS 400??? Please HELP!

Hi,
 
I was wondering if anyone know if they make the 56K V.92 modem that uses the PCI Express interface?
 
I can't seem to find it anywhere, please help... :smileysad:

no and i can't figure out why anyone would...there are however usb modems..conex make one..
