I'm a system administrator of this corporate network. There are no blocking rules on my side. 

When i'm using secondary firewall, with telnet  and http port, i get this:

I suppose, that it's dell server answer.

P.S. I can supply any aditional information if it help to restore access to www.dell.com...

You will need to contact your IT department. This is not a Dell Issue. This is your corporate image restrictions.

You may need to call into our server networking department for resolving this for you.

Cannot call (company policy: international calls are prohibited), but can write via e-mail.

Can anybody from Dell help me?! Cannot get access to dell sites from corporate ip address. Can supply any technical information for dell servers admins.
