Bluetooth Dell Latitude rugged extreme 14 (7424) (NO BT driver)
Please help me.
Product: 555-BDGD Intel® Dual Band Wireless AC 8265 (802.11ac) 2x2
and 555-BEPC Intel® Dual Band Wireless AC 8265 (802.11ac) 2x2 (No BT driver)
What would it mean without a bluetooth driver (No BT driver)?
There is a bluetooth module on the wireless board, in the BIOS it is not active (checkbox locked). Is it possible to unblock / enable it?
Maybe I need to get some kind of service?
Or is it a hardware platform limitation (motherboard or m.2 connector for wireless-bt module)? Or BIOS limitation?

Hmm having this issue too and my customer is annoyed. I tried another card to no avail.

What other card did you install in the system? Have you recently updated to the latest version of Windows. Have you updated the bios?

i tried intel ax200 NGFF M.2 (WiFi + bluetooth). WiFi works great, Bluetooth doesn't. Yes, Bios has been updated to the latest version (at the moment).
A native intel 8265 module on another laptop works both wifi and bluetooth.

What other card did you install in the system? Have you recently updated to the latest version of Windows. Have you updated the bios?

the installed version of Bios is 1.12. Bluetooth also doesn't work. Dell service support by phone also cannot comment on anything.
