Bluetooth does not work after upgrade to Vista Ultimate from Vista Home Premium

I have an Inspiron 1525 with Truemobile Bluetooth 355 module. I upgraded my OS from Vista Home Premium to Vista Ultimate and the Bluetooth has stopped working henceforth. I downloaded the latest Bluetooth driver from Dell website, however when I try to install it says the setup in only available for Windows Vista.

Is there a seperate bluetooth driver for Vista Ultimate.
