CONNECTION TO INTERNET W/ LAPTOP INSPIRON 1525

I have been unalbe to connect to internet, each time I recvd web page not avilable.  I have connected  my other computer with no problem.  How havve also recharged battery and restarting laptop and still I have problem connecting to internet.  Can some please help me;
