Can't get BT Home Broadband to work with Inspiron 1545

Hi,

Have just purchased BT Broadband Hub and am trying to connect to Inspiron 1545 - without success! 

BT Hub works - Signal showing as excellent - hub passed all checks - spoke to BT until I lost the will to live - and was told, which I already suspected, that Hub was OK - Have IP v4 address and MAC address - Any suggestions?

If more info needed for anyone to help - let me know!
