Connected to wifi but Internet not working
I have a Dell Inspirion14 laptop. I am connected to the wifi but my internet isnt coming up. However all other electronics that require connection is working fine.

Hi tyhunt,
Can you let me know what wireless card and model system this is (I know it's an Inspiron 14, but there should be a specific model). If it's easier you can Private Message me the Service Tag.
I won't be back until Monday, but will be happy to take a look.

Hi tyhunt,
You can get the Service Tag from the bottom of the system, and it will be 7 alpha/numeric characters. To Private Message me, you should be able to click Messages on the upper boarder and then click New and type in Brad L
