DW1525 Adapter device not found

DELL STUDIO XPS 8100

Gentlemen,

Just upgrade to windows 7 pro 32 bit from the original  7 premium 64 bit and I can't connect to the internet,

The code is DW 1525 adapter device not found. What eludes me is there's no network card for this machine. the ethernet is built to the mother board and when I try to download the driver, I couldn't and I got that message above.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
