Dell Inspiron 13 5000 network adapter issues

A couple of weeks ago the internet dropped out on my Dell Inspiron 13 5000 and I ran the troubleshooter and it said the network adapter had failed.

I turned my laptop off and back on again and that seemed to fix it temporarily, but recently I've experienced my wifi dropping out for a minute or two then coming back, so I assume the problem is still there.

I have Bluetooth disabled so that can't be interfering with it. Has anyone experienced the same and have an easy fix or do I need to send it in for repair?

Thanks.

Hi,

I am facing the same problem. I have the same Dell laptop model. My laptop connects to the wifi and then after few minutes disconnects. I cannot connect any other device to the wifi thereafter. Once i turn off the laptop, the wifi seems to start working. Please help me fix this issue.

Best,

Ashton.

Hi,

I got a dell update recently and after that my wifi completly stop working. I am not getting wifi option. Troubleshoot shows this error - The Qualcomm QCA9377 802.11ac is experiencing driver or hardware related issue. Because of this I am not able to connect to internet in anyways. As this laptop don' have lan port , I am not able to connect from my mobile internet too. Please suggest how to solve this issue.

Thanks

Saurabh
