You just installed the operating system. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Download and install in this exact order...
Intel HM77 Chipset Driver
Intel Management Engine Interface Driver
Realtek Card Reader Driver
Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver
Realtek RTL8105E-V Ethernet Controller Driver
Then go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag, select original configuration. Look and see what wireless adapter you have installed.
The go to Drivers and Downloads enter your service tag, make sure the proper operating system is selected, click on more filters, select French. Go to network and download and install the network adapters.
Then download and install Dell QuickSet
Places to look to see if your Connection is enabled
