Dell Inspiron N7110 connected to Internet but can't browse or really slow internet

My iPad, iPhone and all other devices work fine but the laptop can't seem to browse.

I've restarted my computer and Internet both times and disconnected all devices before resetting the Internet.

I'm not sure what to do about this problem and tried googling for a solution but found nothing.
