Dell Latitude E6530 Windows 8 Bluetooth problem

Hi,

I'm having problems with Bluetooth. I've installed all the latest drivers, BIOS updated and all nine yards.
 Hovever when i try to connect Bluetooth device i simply add, progress bar flows it and it is shown on the list in PC settings / Devices but it's offline.

Anything i connect is offline.

Basically everything is working fine, the tray ikon, connection, all the switches are enabled but i cant make contact with any device.

The Bluetooth driver I'm using is Dell wireless Bluetooth 380: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/ba/en/badhs1/DriverDetails/Product/latitude-e6530?driverId=5P1GM&osCode=WB64A&fileId=3289207486&languageCode=EN&categoryId=NI 

This extracts to executable file, there is no bwt.exe and inst.exe to install.

So far in last 3 days I've tried everything i could think of and find on the internet and i am at my wits end.

If anyone can provide any information regarding the mentioned issue i would greatly appreciate it. I can provide service tag if needed.

My spec are Latitude E6530 with Windows 8; 8.1 64 bit
