Dell Inspiron comes with 4GB and 8GB ram modules, and only 64 bit OS supports 4, or more gigs of RAM. You NEED to have 64 Bit OS in order to use all of the Ram, as 32 Bit only supports 3 GB or less. The Driver you require is this one. : www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats
