How to activate bluetooth,wifi,webcam in windows7 64 bit

Hello,

            Recently i have bought "Dell inspiron 15 3542" series laptop where i have downloaded

"Network_Driver_7THT6_WN_7.88.617.2014_A01"  and "Network_Driver_6J4VN_WN_WIFI6.20.55.51_A02" drivers and i installed these drivers but
bluetooth,wifi, and webcam are not working.

Please guide me to resolve the problem or plz suggest me for any other drivers and steps to make these work
