How to connect my MAC to my Dell printer V305W Wirelessly?

So I upgraded to Windows 7 and my old Dell printer would not work. Dell sold me a V305 W which is a wireless printer. Now it is all connected to my PC desktop but I want also to print wirelessly with my MAC. I called Dell support was passed around to three different tech guys till the line dropped...

Can anyone help? I cannot believe that you cannot access a wireless printer with a MAC or a PC.
