I am unable to the open the bluetooth settings.

I am using Dell Inspiron N5010 with Windows 7 64 bits.

I have installed all the drivers etc,

now the problem..

i can see the bluetooth icon in the system tray, but when i right click and then click on the "settings" then nothing happens. Also when i click to the ADD NEW DEVICES, the computers opens a ADD NEW PRINTERS AND DEVICES window and keeps on searching till eternity.

can anyone help me.. i have uninstalled and re-installed it a HUNDRED times... but nothing happened..
