I can't connect to the internet

I have a dell studio1735 laptop with a 1510 wireless-n wlan mini-card  runing 32 bit operating system Vista home Premium , It work find until i went and connected to another internet router and when i came back home i could not connect in any way, did a system restore and it would take. can you help ? Thanks
