Impossible to connect to internet
Hi,
Just got an Inspiron 17 AND cannot connect tO my internet, Any idea why? I do connect with mi iPhone though. Thanks!

Hey Timota,
A few questions to help us out here:
1) How are you connecting to the internet? WiFi or ethernet?
2) Are you using a router provided by your ISP?
3) How many other devices are on your network?
4) Assuming you're using WiFi: Do you know if you're using a 2.4GHz or 5GHz signal?
5) Does your iPhone have the personal hotspot enabled? If so can you connect to the internet via the connection to your iPhone?
