Inspiron 11 and Windows 10

I have an Inspiron 11 3000 series with Windows 10 and it will not stay connected to the Internet. Sometimes a reboot works. So far, nothing is working. What can I do to fix this?

There are 12 different "Inspiron 11 3000" models. Can you specify which one? Example, Inspiron 11-3152. Are you testing both wired and WiFi?
