You may provide the hardware ID so that I can look for a compatible driver (if available). Please go to Device Manager -> expand Other Devices, right click on Network Controller -> choose Properties -> Details -> from the drop-down under properties, choose Hardware ID; will take it further.

If you are facing the same issue similar to sanshine46 looks like you are using a 1705 wireless card. Please follow this link and select the operating system select the network dropdown you will find 1705 driver, go ahead and download it.
