Inspiron 660S PC on Win 8.1 (Pro) - Unable to connect to 4G Wireless Broadband Network

Hi,

I have stared using Win 8.1 last October. I do not have any problem in connecting to my 4G Wireless Network.

However today it fail to Search the Network. I have an old Win XP PC beside me, I do not have any problem in connecting it.

I have contacted by ISP customer service,, after checking they said that it is not due to their network coverage problem.

They said it is either the PC having problem or the OS that it is running.

Usually when I start Win 8.1, there is a network connection icon at the bottom left of the screen, it is showing a red X at the icon indicating no network connection.

The error code is 652 - device having problem.

May I know how to restore the connection? Do I need to enter any setting? I remember in my previous installation of the Connection Manager software, I was not required to key in any settings in order for it to search the network.

Appreciate that someone knowledgeable could assist me in this issue.

Thank you

Low
