Inspiron 9300 Ethernet Controller???

I just did a fresh install of XP on my Inspiron 9300 laptop.  I have been able to download and install all drivers except the Ethernet Controller.  Does anyone know where I might find this driver.  I do not have the original CD's for the laptop, so that is not an option.  Update cannot find it either.  Any help appreciated.
