Internal Mobile Broadband not allowing VPN conection

Normal 0 false false false EN-ZA X-NONE X-NONE

Has anyone encountered this problem before? I have internal mobile broadband (Studio 1745) and cannot connect through to my company server using a VPN connection (Cisco VPN 64 bit). I have colleagues that use different makes of laptops that have no problem connecting. I have also tested a standard ADSL line for a connection and that connects to the server. My VPN logon credentials were also tested from another PC and it worked. My deduction is that it has something to do with the software (CXP 901 4396/11 R2L03) that I am using?

I have the same issue.

Dell Latitude E6430 Win7 x64

Dell Mobile Broadband Utility (AT&T) Novatel Wireless E371 WWAN

5/4/2012

Version 3.00.96 Build 007

Settings Version 1.60.330

SDK Version 1.02.20.002

Cisco VPN 5.0.7.029

Cannot access my network resources when using VPN through the Dell Mobile Broadband Utility. But it works perfectly fine with any WiFi connection. Is there an alternative to the Dell Mobile Broadband Utility by Novatel Wireless?

I contacted DELL GOLD SUPPORT and they were useless.

I think its a problem of your mobile phone VPN because I an using Express VPN on my mobile data and it is working excellent. I think you have to change your VPN.
