Internet is disconnecting itself each 30 seconds and reconnecting itself afterwards. Need help to fix this problem!

Hi, Lately, my Internet started acting weird, it's disconnecting itself each 30 seconds and reconnecting afterwards.

I haven't done any changes to my Internet, nor laptop, it's the same as it used to be before, but the issue started 1-2 days ago.. I thought it would fix itself, but no, unfortunately, it didn't and it's very annoying so I can't do my job.

I'm using Intel(R) WiFi Link 5100 AGN driver according to Device Manager and my laptop is Latitude E5500. How can I fix this problem, please?
