Is my computer bluetooth capable?

Is my computer bluetooth capable?  I found the knowledge based article that talks about locating the bluetooth model number.  I could not find anything about bluetooth in the original system configuration list.  I have a desktop 8300 Dimension running Windows XP Professional. I bought it in 2004. I would like to be able to use bluetooth with Dragon Naturally Speaking.  If it is not bluetooth capable, what do I need to make it bluetooth capable?   Also, I have an Inspiron 8200 running Windows XP.  Is it bluetooth capable?  Thanks.
