When did the issue start?
Is the LAN working fine? Please let us know the troubleshooting that you tried so far please.
Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under by
clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message. Also let us know the contact
number and email address.
The issue started around November 18th. I tried to trouble shoot several times but it keeps coming up with an error code "the diagnostics policy service is not running. I went into the services settings and I couldn't figure out how to get it on. The lan won't turn on either.
Hi, Nice to hear from you. Looks to be a software issue. Could you please try doing a system restore to a previous date when it was working fine.
Also Please go to device manager, expand the network adapters and send us the screenshot of the same.
