Latitude d820 wireless

I had my d820 wiped clean and after reinstalling everything (including drivers) the wireless card is not working.

I install the driver from dell's website and it goes all the way through the installation and then nothing happens.

I am not sure what to do. I don't think it's a faulty wireless card since the wireless was working just fine before I wiped everything.
