Limited Internet ... Not able to connect to Internet with Dell Inspiron 5520

I purchased a new dell inspiron 5520. I am having alot of problems connecting to the internet . It shows "Limited"  connection , but still I am not able to load any web page. I was able to fix it temporarily first , but the problem occurred again in 10 mins. I am able to connect to the internet using other laptops.

Hi SilverRam,

I recommend wireless drivers update for the computer.

  1. Visit the following website: http://dell.to/Mbe3zg
  2. Enter the Service tag of the computer in the box provided and click “Submit”.
  3. In the next page, click drop down arrow to select the Operating System which is installed in the computer.
  4. Under category Network, select the wireless network drivers accordingly and click “Download File” and save the file on desktop.

Hello Dell Support,

I have the same problem as described above, just purchased Dell Inspiron 15R Special Edition (7520) laptop and ever since it giving me hard time getting connected to internet. Frequent drops, limited connectivity.

As suggested by the experts i have downloaded the latest driver but still facing the same issue.

Would love to get the solution ASAP.
