Monitoring ip access lists ACLs on S4810

Hello-

I am attempting to configure extended access lists on a S4810 running FTOS 9.9. I have it working, but I'm wondering how I enable logging or monitoring for the implicit deny all that drops packets not allowed by the permits in the ACL?

I am monitoring the switch via SYSLOG. If someone could point me to the proper format for the log or monitoring command to do that, I'd be appreciative as I'm not seeing it in the docs.
