Need to install wireless in Optiplex 3010 SFF Windows 10 Pro; what's the best card to use?

I see Dell has the 1520, 1530, (and I think the 1540) half card to go into pciex1 adapter but I'm wondering if there are other better cards that would work with it such as the Intel 7260 etc? And is ok to use New Mini Wireless PCI-E to PCI-E Express X1 Adapter 3 Antenna WiFi Extender Card with the 2 antenna half card.

Or would I be better off with aftermarket card like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704129 If aftermarket card is better option is there a better one staying under $20?

And working well with Windows 10 Pro 64 is a primary concern. Thank you.
