Hi,
You can activate both the Wireless and Bluetooth cards by pressing the F2 key.
Press the F2 key to check if the Bluetooth is activated. You should see a pop up at the bottom right hand corner of the desktop; if wireless internet is connected then Bluetooth is activated automatically.
If wireless internet connect has issues, please install the Chipset, Quickset and the Bluetooth drivers in the same order from the links below.
The link to install the Chipset driver is:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats/Product/inspiron-1545?DriverId=R237653&FileId=2731127023&urlProductCode=False
The link to install the Quickset drivers is:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats/Product/inspiron-1545?DriverId=CDJ0K&FileId=2731096982&urlProductCode=False
The link to install the Bluetooth module is: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats/Product/inspiron-1545?DriverId=83V6K&FileId=2939861047&urlProductCode=False
The above drivers are compatible with both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 7.
Now press the F2 key and check if you are able to install the Bluetooth module.
Please post back with the results.

gokuldasan90,
Did you recently install/reinstall the operating system?

Thanks Sudeep for your earnest reply. But the problem is not solved even after following the procedure that you have mentioned.
